When an administrator starts a translation, selected website content is sent directly from that WordPress installation to OpenAI using the administrator’s API key. OpenAI processing is governed by the customer’s own OpenAI account and applicable terms.
Retention
We keep order, invoice, and licensing records for the period required for contracts, accounting, tax, security, and legal obligations. Support and technical records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
