Digital delivery
The plugin and license are delivered digitally after payment. Where the law permits, customers may be asked to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the effect this has on a statutory withdrawal right.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a different period is displayed at checkout or required by law. Include the order number, account email, reason for the request, and relevant technical details.
Technical problems
Before approving a technical refund, we may request a reasonable opportunity to diagnose the issue. Customers should provide the WordPress, TranslatePress, PHP, and plugin versions and the exact error message without sharing private API keys.
Normally excluded situations
Subject to mandatory law, refunds may be refused where the product works as described but the customer changed their mind after downloading or activation, lacks a required third-party account, exceeded OpenAI billing or usage limits, expected guaranteed SEO rankings, or is affected by an unsupported custom configuration.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, the associated license may be revoked and access to official downloads, updates, support, and licensed operations may end. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
Chargebacks
Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account and license suspension.
