Seller and agreement
The seller is Translation & SEO 2EASY. By placing an order, creating an account, downloading the plugin, or activating a license, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced from them.
Product description
ContextTranslate AI for TranslatePress & SEO is a WordPress plugin designed to improve a TranslatePress workflow through context-aware OpenAI translation and multilingual SEO generation. TranslatePress and a customer-owned OpenAI API account are separate requirements and are not included unless explicitly stated.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and license keys, and all actions taken through your account. License keys and protected account downloads must not be shared with unauthorized users.
Software license
PHP and other derivative WordPress code is distributed under GPLv2 or later where applicable. A purchase grants access to official downloads, updates, support, and license services for the number of websites and period included in the selected plan. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under the applicable open-source license.
Website activations
Each plan includes a defined number of active website domains. You may deactivate a website and reuse the available slot, subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls. Circumventing activation controls or sharing license-service access may result in suspension.
OpenAI account and costs
You must provide your own valid OpenAI API key. OpenAI usage fees are separate and are billed under your OpenAI account. You are responsible for API access, billing, limits, submitted content, and compliance with OpenAI terms.
AI output
Translations, SEO titles, descriptions, and URLs are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable terminology, or factual inaccuracies. You must review output before publication. We do not guarantee translation accuracy, regulatory compliance, search rankings, traffic, conversions, or business results.
Updates and compatibility
An active license provides access to official updates during the license term. WordPress, TranslatePress, OpenAI, SEO plugins, hosting environments, and third-party services may change. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain supported compatibility but do not promise permanent compatibility with every version or configuration.
Acceptable use
You must not use the product or service for unlawful activity, security abuse, unauthorized access, infringement, deceptive content, or processing content you do not have the right to submit.
Prices, taxes, and renewal
Prices, currency, included domains, license duration, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Renewal is not automatic unless the checkout clearly states that a subscription will renew.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend license services for fraud, chargebacks, refunded or cancelled orders, security abuse, unlawful use, or material breach. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability exclusions do not apply where they are prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
Governing terms
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer and data-protection law remain unaffected. The governing law and dispute forum should be confirmed with the seller’s legal adviser before launch.
